- All utensils are made to order, there will be no refunds for change of mind. Please contact us if you do find any issues.
- Laser engraving is a permanent mark on the wood, although it is permeant please ensure you care for the items and hand wash.
- There may be slight differences in each boards wood grain, this is what can make your items unique.
- Please ensure all details are included in order notes. Each word will come EXACTLY as you have typed them. They are case sensitive.

HOW TO PERSONALISE:
1. Once your order is placed, Please send us the details/artwork that is required to be engraved on your item.
2. Please message me if you would like help with a design, we can work together to come up with something you are happy with.
3. Enter personalisation exactly as you want it to appear in the personalisation section.
NOTE: I will message with a mock up design and for your approval so please keep an eye out in your messages. if I do not hear back within 24 hours I will go ahead and engrave the board exactly as what is written in your personalization.
