Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Our primary shipping method within Australia is via Sendle, a reliable carbon-neutral courier service that offers excellent rates and fast delivery.

Sendle (Discounted Rates)

  • Delivery time is calculated at checkout
  • Prices vary based on weight and destination
  • Tracking information provided upon dispatch

Express Shipping (1 to 4 Business Days)

For those who need their items in a hurry, we offer Express Shipping options:

  • 0kg–2kg: $19.00
  • 2.01kg–5kg: $24.00
  • 5.01kg–7.5kg: $25.00
  • 7.51kg–10kg: $25.00

International Shipping

We currently offer Standard International Shipping to selected countries. Prices have been adjusted to cover increased costs while maintaining a reliable service for our customers.

Standard International (6 to 27 Business Days)

  • 0kg–1kg: $38.00
  • 1.01kg–2kg: $45.00
  • 2.01kg–3kg: $52.00
  • 3.01kg–4kg: $59.00

For international orders, delivery times and rates will be calculated at checkout, and tracking will be provided once the order is shipped.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalised orders may require a bit of extra time, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’re here to help and will work with you to find a solution.
