Thank you for shopping with JS Gift Boutique — a small, family-run business creating personalised gifts with love from our studio in Tyabb, Victoria, Australia.

We take pride in the quality of every piece we make and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom or engraved items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly made.

We gladly accept returns on non-personalised, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged due to our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom engraved or personalised items (unless faulty or incorrectly made)
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Exchanges
