At JS Gift Boutique, we’re committed to getting your personalised gifts to you safely and quickly. All orders are engraved and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.

We primarily use Sendle, a carbon-neutral delivery service that offers reliable door-to-door shipping across Australia. Delivery timeframes are based on your location and are automatically calculated at checkout.

🕒 Processing Times

Each item is made to order. Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days after receiving customisation approval.

  💰How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.
Most orders fall between $10–$22, depending on weight and destination.

📦 Estimated Delivery Timeframes 

These are standard estimates from Melbourne:

  • Metro Areas (e.g. Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra): 2–4 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations & WA/NT: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

📍Delivery Partners

We currently ship through Sendle and Australia Post. If either one doesn’t service your area, we’ll arrange an alternative courier where possible.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your parcel’s journey at any time.
